With our experience in mergers and acquisitions, we knew internal communications would be key to the success of the merger. Employees need to be part of the process and kept informed to mitigate fears and all the rumors.
From there we went through our THIRST® process to develop positioning and messaging that accurately and emotionally differentiated the newly merged company in the marketplace. And then the fun started — naming, logo and tagline development, color palette, website, etc.
