R+M has always encouraged employees to bring pets to work since the agency’s beginning more than 20 years ago.

Nettles explains, “The moment we realized having pets at work had the ability to uncover a human’s emotional qualities, we were hooked. Over the years we’ve worked hard to provide a healthy and happy culture for our team and our pets have played a major roll in that success.”

The R+M team has felt the positive impact pets have on their workday. Everyone has their stories, but this summarizes the overall mood pets bring. “When you walk in the door thinking about the traffic you were just stuck in or the busy day ahead, you can’t help but smile when a happy puppy greets you.”

The agency also encourages their clients to bring their pets in for play dates, which make for much more enjoyable meetings.
